Improving

Back Squat 6×2 90% - 130lbs.

Thrusters 50lbs.
Pull ups - Ring Dips

Time 7:01

I was trying to stay in the 6 minute range but I didn't quite make it.  At least I wasn't too far off.  And the best part of it was I did 1:44 seconds than last time.
