19 in a Row!!!

Three rounds for time of: 16:31 (I think or somewhere in that range)
50 Double-unders  (50 attempts)
25 Wallball “2-fer-1s” 10lbs.
 
I didn't hate the jump ropes as much as I usually do.  I even got 19 in a row once.  My goal is to get 50 in a row because I really want to be able to do the number that is put on the board one day. 
 
Those wall balls were hell!  I kept forgetting to do the extra squat.  That was too much thinking for this blonde - LOL!  As much as I wasn't looking forward to dropping the wall ball weight I could see the difference in being able to get the ball to the mark.  Just have to suck it up and do what the coach says.;-)
 
Now that warm up was worse than the WOD!  I do not like bear crawls! 
 
But really, it was a good WOD!  It pushed me and made me work even though it exhausted me!  I'm glad I did it!
