1/3 cup oatmeal with water (1 block carb)

Shrimp and veggies over rice and a salad (3 blocks protein, carbs and fat)
Water
Dinner
2 eggs (2 blocks protein)
1 plum (1 carb)
Water
Snack
1 cup skim milk (1 block protein and carb)
1 tsp peanut butter (2 blocks fat)
Accomplished

Today's nutrition plan sucked! Stress and food don't go along well with each other in my life!
