One of these days I'm going to learn to use my legs and hips more. My legs are sore tonight so maybe that means I did ;-) Doubtful though!
So we changed it up a bit for the burpee challenge and it's become do as many as you can in 2 minutes. If I counted right I did 17. I still can't figure out how to do them without crawling. The harder I try the more I screw it up and end up crawling.
I was told I have to learn how to do them without letting my knees touch the ground. They look so easy watching the coach do them. Going to try and make the effort!
Then I have to figure out how to sit in a squat position holding onto something. Hoping it's one step closer to getting rid of that box once and for all. I thought I was getting lower on my squats tonight but everytime I think I am I'm usually not.
Think I now understand muscle weight gain. If I understood it right since I my body fat % didn't change the 7lbs. I gained was muscle. I don't know if I like that and am leaning towards NO! I want to lose pounds, inches and body fat %. Maybe I want too much all at once but I do want it all. And I'm going to keep trying.
