Squats and Running

5x5 Back Squats - 85lbs.

Then:

8 Rounds (20 second squats and 10 second rest)
Tabata "Bottom to Bottom" Squats - 88

Then:

Run 1 Mile

Time: 13:32

I learned today that running is out for a while for me.  It seems to be the one thing that is irritating my foot.  Doesn't make sense why I can do things such as jump ropes and such and be okay but try to run and it just screams.  I rowed the last 800 after I pretty much walked the first 800.  Be so glad when it heals. 

Those squats are still a pain.  The longer I sat at the bottom of a squat I could feel my foot hurting.  I was okay as I was moving but stopping wasn't in the game plan.
