Sprints

I don't know why the 115lbs for the deadlift was so hard tonight but I was struggling.  Then to put those push ups after them I was exhausted.  I find it extremely difficult to do these sprint type workouts.  At the same I know I should do more of them because they make me go faster and I know that's a huge goal for me to accomplish.  I didn't make it under 5 minutes but I did come darn close.  Just have to keep trying and stay motivated.
